Source Level
Sound level of the source in a space. Can report its distance from the listening point. Here, the source level was controlled by the "Source Presence" parameter in Spat 5. For the Impulse Response examples, the examples in the left column were convolved with an IR captured 13m from the source, and 3m from the source for the examples in the right column, which explains the difference in source level. These impulse responses from the University of York auditorium are from the Open Air Library (https://openairlib.net).
